2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to orders placed through the New World TCG webshop.

3. Products and offers

We aim to present product information, prices, images, and availability as clearly as possible. Product images may be supplied by manufacturers or suppliers and can differ slightly from the final product.

4. Orders

An order is placed when checkout has been completed and payment has been successfully processed or confirmed. New World TCG may contact the customer if order details are incomplete or if fulfilment is affected by availability.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

6. Availability

Availability can change due to stock movement, supplier updates, allocation changes, or errors. If a product cannot be supplied, we will contact the customer with a suitable solution, such as a refund, partial shipment, or alternative where appropriate.

7. Pre-orders

Pre-orders reserve upcoming products before release. Release dates, product allocations, and delivery dates may change due to publishers, suppliers, distributors, or transport. Pre-orders are shipped after official release and arrival at New World TCG.

8. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Orders are only confirmed after successful payment.

9. Delivery

In-stock products are processed as quickly as possible. Sealed TCG products are packed carefully with protective packaging. Track & Trace is sent by email where available.

10. Returns

Customers have a 14-day return period after receiving the order. The customer must contact New World TCG before returning products. Sealed TCG products must be returned unopened, unused, complete, and in original condition.

11. Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of returned products and are issued using the original payment method where possible. Processing can take 3-5 business days after approval.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, New World TCG is not liable for delays, release date changes, allocation changes, supplier shortages, carrier delays, or force majeure situations outside our reasonable control.
