Orders

Orders are placed through the webshop and confirmed after successful payment. Please check your order and contact details carefully before completing checkout.

Pricing

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Availability

Product availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you with a suitable solution.

Pre-orders

Pre-order products are delivered after official release and arrival at New World TCG. Release dates and allocations may change due to publishers, suppliers, or distributors.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Orders are confirmed after successful payment.

Delivery

In-stock products are processed as quickly as possible. Pre-orders are shipped once the products are available for dispatch.

Returns

Customers have a 14-day return period after receiving the order. Sealed TCG products must be returned unopened, unused, complete, and in original condition.
