Returns

You have a 14-day return period after receiving your order. Before returning any product, contact us at info@newworldtcg.nl with your order number and the products you want to return.

Return conditions

Sealed TCG products must be returned unopened, unused, complete, and in original condition. This is especially important for booster boxes, starter decks, premium collections, and other sealed collectibles.

Opened or damaged products

Opened, damaged, incomplete, or tampered sealed products may have a reduced refund value or may not be accepted where legally allowed. Please contact us first if you are unsure whether a product can be returned.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless New World TCG made an error or the delivery arrived damaged.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method. Refund processing can take 3-5 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.
