New World TCG packs every order carefully. Sealed TCG products are shipped with protective packaging to help booster boxes, starter decks, premium collections, and collectibles arrive safely.

Order processing

In-stock products are processed as quickly as possible after successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are shipped only after the products have officially released and arrived at New World TCG. Release dates may change due to publishers, suppliers, distributors, or transport. We update product information where possible, but final delivery timing depends on actual stock arrival.

Track & Trace

Track & Trace information is sent by email where available after your parcel has been processed by the carrier.

• European Union: €12.95

High-value orders

High-value orders may be shipped with additional protection or insurance when available. We may choose a safer shipping method for valuable sealed products.

Damaged delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact info@newworldtcg.nl as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the product so we can assess the issue quickly.
